Last week, the STI Freight Management (STI FM) leadership team gathered in Düsseldorf for the European Management Meeting under the inspiring motto, "Tomorrow is Today." This event brought together managing directors alongside key representatives from STI FM Change Management, Corporate Communications, Finance, Market Technology, People Management, and QA. We were also delighted to welcome special guests from our shareholders HAVI and MartinBrower, whose participation highlighted the strong collaboration and partnership that drive our success.

A major highlight was the exploration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its implications for the logistics industry. They also showcased their own platform, that helps their customers to better organise data, generate reports, and support the daily work. These discussions emphasised that AI is not a threat to our workplace but a tool to enhance how we work, enabling us to focus on tasks that require creativity and human interaction. By streamlining repetitive processes, AI can help make daily tasks more seamless and manageable.

For the first time, the Chair of the European Operations Team (EOT) will be led by a woman, the Operations Manager of our German subsidiary STI (Deutschland) GmbH. This milestone reflects our commitment to fostering diversity within our leadership structure and highlights the importance of diverse perspectives in driving innovation and strengthening decision-making.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the outgoing Chair, the Operations Manager of S.T.I. Hungary Kft., for two years of dedicated and impactful leadership. We warmly welcome the new Chair, whose vision and unique insights will guide the team into an exciting future.
